f)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Directorate of Road Traffic and Safety Services (for approved road safety and traffic management programmes)<\/td>\nWithin 7 working days of receipt of payment request<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Roads Authority (funding for operational and capital expenses)<\/td>\nMonthly, by the 20th of the preceding month<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 District Councils (funding for administrative expenses for the Community Roads Maintenance Programme)<\/td>\nWithin 5 working days of receipt of payment request<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 National Construction Industry Council (NCIC Levy collected from road works contractors and consultants)<\/td>\nMonthly, by the 25th of the following month<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

d)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Communication of tentative funding allocations to Roads Fund implementing agencies for the upcoming year<\/td>\nBy 31st December of each year<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
e)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Input and feedback to Roads Authority on the Annual National Roads Programme (ANRP)<\/td>\nWithin 10 working days of receipt of the draft ANRP<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
f)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Confirmation of receipt of fuel levy (To Malawi Energy Regulatory Authority)<\/td>\nWithin 5 working days from date of receiving the levies<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Audited accounts for Development Partners\u2019 funded projects administered by the RFA<\/td>\nWithin the agreed timeframes as per the projects\u2019 financing agreements<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Expenditure Returns to the Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning and Development (for development programmes)<\/td>\nMonthly, by the 15th of the following month<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
