The awards were on first position Quality, Innovation and Productivity and third position in Human Resource Management and Development. The awards were held at Amaryllis hotel in Blantyre and the Minister of Labour, Skills and Innovation, Hon. Joel Chigona, M.P. presented the awards.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The finalists were assessed by an independent Jury led by the High Court Judge, Justice Pemba. Illovo Sugar was nominated the overall best employer of the year 2025.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The RFA awards are a result of its significant investment in quality, innovation and productivity which enabled it to get ISO 9001:2015 certification by South Africa SACAS.
