RFA Recognises Best Employee for Period Ending December 2025
The Roads Fund Administration (RFA) on Tuesday 20th December 2026, held a best employee gala, recognizing staff from the Head Office.
The event is under the Change and Culture Initiative and honours employees who have excelled in their work biannually.
During the event, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) presented the Best Employee Award Certificate, and gifts to the most outstanding performer, at the RFA Head Office, Lameck Simbeye, Assistant Accountant who emerged top performer among the eight nominated members.
The other eight nominated members were Priscilla Mtawali; Asst Public Relations Officer, Thokozani Katulukira; Asst. ICT Officer, Alexander Chithambo; Documentation Officer; Japhet Chawinga and Steve Khutha – Drivers were considered with gifts.
The nominations assessed Job Performance, Customer excellence, creativity and excellent behavioral attributes.
In addition to the presentation of certificate of award and presents, Lameck Simbeye had his framed photograph with the caption – The Best Employee for the period ending December 2025 displayed at the Reception for the period of six months to June 2026 symbolising excellency and hope; this will also motivate other employees.
Speaking at the event, the CEO commended all nominees for their hard work and encouraged all employees to continue upholding a strong performance culture aligned with RFA’s slogan, “Business Minded, Purpose Driven.”
The Best Employee recognition exercise will be a biannual event.
The event will also be held at Kalinyeke and Chingeni Tollgates on Thursday, 22nd January 2026, where outstanding tollgate employees be recognized.
