RFA Honours Best Employees to Promote a Culture of Excellence

On 17 July 2026, the Roads Fund Administration recognised outstanding employees during a best performance employee awards ceremony held at the RFA head offices.  The event is conducted every six months aimed at promoting excellence.

The awards covered the performance period from December 2025 to June 2026, with staff from Head Office, Kalinyeke Toll Gate and Chingeni Toll Plaza participating in the selection process by nominating colleagues based on established performance standards and criteria.

Following the evaluation process, Kalinyeke Toll Gate and Chingeni Toll Plaza each produced one Best Employee, who were recognised for their exemplary commitment, professionalism and dedication to duty.

The two awardees received gift vouchers, framed portraits that will be displayed at their respective workstations in recognition of their achievement, as well as assorted gifts presented by the Chief Executive Officer, Stewart Malata.

Speaking during the presentation, Malata congratulated the awardees for their outstanding performance and urged all members of staff to continue striving for excellence in the execution of their duties.

He said that “recognising exceptional performance is an important way of motivating employees and fostering a culture of accountability, dedication and continuous improvement across the organization.”

The awards form part of RFA’s commitment to recognising and celebrating employees success who consistently demonstrate the organisation’s values and contribute to improved service delivery.
